In this talk, I’ll show how we kept Musixmatch, a global leader in lyrics with over 80 million users, small but highly efficient by leveraging no-code tools. Using self-hosted N8n and a custom library, we simplified automation for internal operations. To make the tool accessible to everyone, even with limited technical knowledge, we created a Coda pack to easily trigger N8n workflows. With over 20,000 workflow triggers, we saved 47 full days of manual work. This no-code approach helped us streamline processes, stay flexible, and keep our team smart and agile, while scaling a platform used by partners like Spotify, Apple Music and Instagram.
